Include a brief description of your idea, any reference images for your idea, and a clear photo of the area you would like to have tattooed. If this is a coverup please include a clear photo of the existing tattoo.

Deposit/Rescheduling Policy

A deposit must be paid in order to secure your appointment. The deposit will be taken off the total price at the appointment. I accept cash, Cashapp, or Venmo as payment. I can also accept paypal/card (with a 5% fee added).

Your appointment is not set until I receive the deposit. Deposits are nonrefundable.

Should you need to reschedule your appointment, I allow one reschedule with 48 hours notice for free. If you need to reschedule again, or if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you forfeit your deposit, and I need a new deposit to reschedule you again.
